Multi-Entity ERP Modernisation for an Asset Manager
CYVERRA deployed a unified cloud ERP architecture across seven regulated jurisdictions to replace fragmented accounting silos and streamline financial reporting. The engagement automated multi-currency consolidations, strengthened regulatory compliance, and substantially accelerated financial close cycles.

The Challenge
The client operated across multiple European and offshore jurisdictions, managing billions in assets under administration through disparate legacy accounting platforms. Over years of organic growth and acquisitions, local entities developed isolated ledgers, divergent chart-of-accounts structures, and incompatible reporting mechanisms. Financial controllers faced extensive manual friction during monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations. Teams spent hundreds of operational hours manually extracting ledger data into spreadsheets to execute foreign exchange revaluations, intercompany eliminations, and statutory adjustments across IFRS and local GAAP standards. Furthermore, fragmented audit trails and inconsistent data governance increased operational overhead during external regulatory audits. The enterprise lacked a centralised, real-time view of cash flow, operating expenses, and entity-level liquidity, limiting executive decision-making speed.
Our Approach
CYVERRA executed a structured, multi-phase ERP implementation focused on enterprise financial core capabilities, automated reconciliation, and strict regulatory governance. Our technical team designed a global chart-of-accounts architecture capable of supporting local statutory requirements while standardising corporate consolidation rules. The deployment leveraged Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance integrated with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics. CYVERRA built custom ingestion pipelines to ingest portfolio transactions, custody fees, and operational banking data automatically, mapping them to standard ledger entries without manual intervention. To ensure rigorous risk management and compliance, we implemented fine-grained, role-based access controls (RBAC), dual-control authorization workflows for treasury actions, and immutable audit logging. A dedicated data migration framework was deployed to validate, reconcile, and transfer five years of historical transaction history with zero ledger variance.
The Outcome
The consolidated ERP platform eliminated legacy software dependencies, establishing a single source of financial truth across all operational entities. Daily automated intercompany reconciliations and automated FX revaluation routines removed the primary operational bottlenecks that historically delayed month-end closes. With direct integration into analytical reporting dashboards, the finance leadership team gained real-time visibility into entity-level profitability, overhead allocation, and cross-border cash positions. Audit preparation cycles were significantly streamlined through automated, exportable transaction lineage and policy enforcement logs.
